Weleda, the Swiss natural cosmetics manufacturer changed the top management of its largest market in April. Nadja Holland is the new Regional Director for the German, Austrian and Swiss market, responsible for the Natural Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals divisions.

Nadja Holland replaces Ramon Stroink (Natural Cosmetics) and Andrea Meyer (Pharmaceuticals), who left Weleda in October 2019. The 48-year-old business graduate started her professional career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where she held various positions in marketing for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and healthcare products. After several years in marketing and management at Johnson & Johnson in Scandinavia and at the UK headquarters for the EMEA region, Nadja Holland joined the German Mucos Pharma GmbH, part of the Atrium Innovations Group, as Managing Director in 2016. When the company was acquired by Nestlé Health Science in 2018, she became Business Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board responsible for Germany and Austria.

"Nadja Holland brings considerable expertise to both our Natural Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals business areas", says Nataliya Yarmolenko, Member of the Executive Board at Weleda. "We welcome her warmly and wish her every success in her new responsibility for our most important market".
