Yeo Valley Canteen

Yeo Valley have decided to open the doors of their award-winning staff canteen to the public every day. While Yeo Valley have been running their Roast Wednesday and Fishy Friday events for some time, due to popular demand, they have extended the invite, so one can come and enjoy the menu from Monday to Friday from 12.30 to 2 pm. Booking is essential.

As a canteen, Yeo Valley’s ethos is to appreciate and honour the ingredients that they find in the UK. Not just because they love the seasons and want them to be reflected in every single dish they serve, but because they want to champion the wealth of growers and makers in the UK. All of their local suppliers have been visited personally. As a family farming business, farming is intrinsic to everything they do. They will use their own organic beef and dairy produce and all their vegetables will be produced seasonally either in their own organic garden or from local community growing initiatives. More information is available here.
