UK: Organic. Naturally Different on social media

Social media has played a big part in spreading the key messages on organic in the Organic. Naturally Different campaign and a committed community of organic advocates has been built up. Highlights this year include:

Great British Chefs: Three top Michelin starred celebrity chefs will be joining the campaign. Nigel Hayworth, Lisa Allen and Emily Watkins, all veterans of the hit BBC TV series The Great British Menu will be creating bespoke recipes, highlighting the very best of seasonal recipes focusing on late spring/early summer meals.

#ThriftyOrganic Challenge. With the support of internationally renowned food blogger Deliciously Ella (129,000 Facebook likes, 55,900 Twitter followers and 439,000 Instagram followers), the campaign will be challenging the nation to 'go organic' and experience for themselves how easy and affordable eating organic can be. The campaign will launch with a blog and social media posts from Deliciously Ella in early June, and will be followed up by further posts and video content during July, September and December. Media and bloggers will join the challenge. Finally, the Wake Up to Organic campaign, in partnership with The Soil Association, takes place on 17 June.
