Pukka Herbs, a British producer of organic herbal teas and health supplements, will be taken over by the British-Dutch group Unilever. Further information about the purchase price has not been revealed by the parties involved. Founded by Tim Westwell and Sebastian Pole in 2001, Pukka Herbs puts emphasis on the usage of certified organic ingredients.
