FIBL is conducting a survey with market stakeholders until 31 March 2021. The results will help a project team to develop guidance on the selection of appropriate technologies for organic processors.

As part of the European Pro Org project, the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FIBL) is surveying representatives from the organic farming and food processing sectors. The aim of the online survey is to find out how different stakeholders and market actors perceive the benefits or risks of certain processing technologies in the organic sector. Participation is possible until 31 March.

The findings from the consultation will be used to develop a guide of strategies and tools that can help organic processors select technologies for minimal and low-impact processing.

The survey is available in several languages. More information is available on the project website.
