IFOAM EU: only a few places left for European Organic Congress

In only three weeks the IFOAM EU is celebrating its 10^th European Organic Congress. From April 4 – 6 the congress will take place in Driebergen, Netherlands. There are only a few places left – register before 18 March to take part when discussions go around the topic „Transforming food and farming through organics“.

The Dutch Minister for Agriculture Martijn van Dam will hold the keynote on Tuesday. Join André Leu, President IFOAM Organics International for the Keynote Debate: How to transform the agri-food system?

Parallel workshops will be start after coffee break. Topics are

„Innovative organic production beyond the EU rules“

„Organic consumption for a sustainable food chain“

„Approaches to mainstreaming organic food and farming“.

The first day is closing with a Panel discussion: What does Organic 3.0 & the IFOAM EU Vision 2030 mean for Europe? and a network dinner.

On the second day will follow a more political agenda with a morning Plenary: Challenges and opportunities developing organic farming under a new organic regulation and five parallel sessions on several topics.
