Health Ingredients Europe presents Organic Spotlight

Food Ingredients Global (Fi), the organiser of Health ingredients (Hi) Europe & Natural ingredients (Ni) Europe will host the Health & Nutrition Week around the show.  

The Health & Nutrition Week from 24 – 30 November 2018 in Frankfurt/ Main will take place alongside with the Health Ingredients (Hi) & Natural ingredients (Ni) Europe. The programme will bring together all different sectors of the health, nutrition and wellness industry – F&B manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, nutritionists and health providers, consumer groups, respective industry associations – and create a broader opportunity to network with players across the food value chain, informs the organiser. There is also the intention to partner with groups and associations who can host scientific, educational and social events during the week. Tickets are free of charge for attendees of Hi Europe 2018. Free registration is required.

Organic Spotlight

The Organic Spotlight on Wednesday 28th November (15:30 -17:30) at Messe Frankfurt Hall 8, Industry Insights Theatre, will provide information about the organic industry. There will be presentations, case studies and discussions addressing the latest organic trends and challenges including, informs the organiser:

• Consumer demand trends around organic
• Global market analysis
• Developing attractive marketing claims
• EU import requirements for organic products – with a focus on Germany. In association with the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL)
• Sourcing organic ingredients

Future of Nutrition Summit 2018

The Future of Nutrition Summit will take place on 26 November 2018, in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a day before the Hi Europe 2018 exhibition, which will take place from 27 – 29 November 2018. The Future of Nutrition Summit 2018 will bring together independent food pioneers and thought leaders to explore cutting-edge innovations in nutrition. On 27 November there will be a start up innovation challenge, on 28 the Health Ingredients Conference and more.
