Free From Functional & Health Ingredients Expo takes place in Amsterdam

Free From Functional & Health Ingredients Expo 2022 will take place on November 22 and 23 at RAI Amsterdam. It will provide an opportunity to exchange ideas about the most important food trends and offerings in the coming years.

The Expo will offer insights into the latest trends in lactose-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, plant-based, organic, vegan, protein transitions, functional foods and ingredients. It will also take an in-depth look at future trends. "For example, products that are minimally processed and contain little or no artificial additives are becoming more mainstream," explains organizer Ronald Holman of Expo Business Communications.

At the same time, more and more people are concerned about the origins and ingredients of their food. "This is reflected in the ever-increasing range of plant-based products now found in supermarkets," adds Ronald Holman.

During the Expo in Amsterdam, hundreds of international food and beverage manufacturers and retailers will showcase their latest product innovations. On display will be thousands of relevant products ready to be lined up on the shelves of supermarkets and food services, as well as listed on the menus of catering companies and delivery services.
