The brand Ridiculous Good fits perfect with the brand Lovechock.

Raw Patisserie, a Dutch start up which had to file for insolvency at the beginning of June, and its brand Ridiculously Good was acquired by Lovechock B.V.

"Both companies have a lot in common and stand for the same values,”  states Franziska Rosario and she sees the relaunch of Ridiculously Good under the roof of Lovechock B.V. as an opportunity to expand her company's product range.

Lovechock was established  in Amsterdam in 2009 out of a passion for raw vegans. The philosophy includes the sourcing of all ingredients in organic quality, the processing of the cocoa at low temperature in order to preserve the valuable natural cocoa ingredients such as vitamins, minerals and flavonoids, no industrially refined sugar is used.

Raw Patisserie with Ridiculously Good was established in 2014 by the young entrepreneurs Shemara Pijpers and Teun van Henten in Haarlem. Currently the product portfolio comprises six products. The philosophy of both companies is also firmly anchored in their sense of responsibility towards our planet: the packaging is plastic-free and therefore completely compostable.

In the coming weeks, the focus at Raw Patisserie B.V. will be on the structure, organisation and processes in order to work on repositioning them under the roof of Lovechock B.V. and to lay the foundations for strategic integration into the corporate plan and corporate goals of the Amsterdam chocolate raw manufacturer. Nothing will change for customers: all Ridiculously Good articles will still be available in stores under the same name and at the same retail price.
