Denmark: Consumers buy more organic food

Sales of organic food in Denmark have increased by 15 percent during 2016. This is what The Copenhagen Post reports in reference to Danmarks Statistik. Now organic foods make up 9.6 percent of total food sales. Milk, cheese and eggs remain to be part of most popular items. However, sales of organic vegetables increased by 26 percent.
