Food Policy Forum for Change: transforming food system through policy measures

Description: “Currently, there are good but rather scattered examples of governments that have been developing conducive and innovative policy instruments to introducing and implementing agroecological and resilience principles. This session will connect those efforts in order to increase learning between policymakers, as well as enriching the discussion on the role and instruments for country-level action.”

The new CAP budget- agreement to spend 70% of the 386 billion Euro as a flat rate support to farmers is a missed opportunity to transform the EU agriculture. What is needed to realize the 25% aim?
