Organic skin care line by Yves Saint Laurent

YSL Beauté-owned designer fragrance brand Stella McCartney is ready to launch an organic facial care line. The luxury offering, certified by Ecocert, is the brand’s first skincare line and a statement to the designer’s stance in organic issues. The formulas in Care do not contain synthetic preservatives, silicone or ingredients of animal origin.

The star products are a Five Benefits Moisturizing Cream and Fluid, containing extracts of grape seed oil, linseed and rose oil, mallow, green tea and soy bean oil. Care by Stella McCartney comprises eight products including moisturizers, a cleanser, a toner, and three elixirs.

Designed to be a modern offer, the brand is also trying a new strategy in distribution, targeting spas as well as selective doors. The launch will take place in international markets next spring.
