Do U Speak Green: new bamboo collection

Do U Speak Green (DUSG), India’s first eco- friendly clothing brand, has announced the launch of their organic bamboo fabric collection for men, women and babies. The stylish, high quality and durable collection is available in casual wear, nightwear, yoga wear and sports & gym wear and can so far be purchased via the company's webstore and at various outlets in India.

Bamboo is one of the most sustainable of all natural fibers, according to Do U Speak Green. Other than most fabrics, it doesn't have to be chemically treated to wick properly. Bamboo fabric is smooth, comfortable and stays 2 to 3 degrees cooler in hot weather. Besides being hypoallergenic and anti-bacterial, bamboo is highly water absorbent, able to take up three times its weight in water. Bamboo fabric also provides natural UV protection blocking 94 % of UVA rays and 97 % UVB rays.
 

Do U Speak Green’ is an eco-friendly clothing brand promoted by Mumbai-based Fusion Clothing Company and the brainchild of the social entrepreneur and nature lover Shishir Goenka. The company has launched India’s first eco-friendly webstore and with a mission to contribute to the betterment of the natural environment, DUSG contributes 10 % of its sales to BNHS.
