Britons favour Waitrose

A research was carried out by OMD Snapshots to find out which was the most important supermarket for organic products. 800 people were questioned. 16 % of the surveyed considered Waitrose as best for organic produce, despite the fact that it is the smallest of the "Big Five" supermarkets. Waitrose was followed by Sainsbury's, which has just recently announced that it would attempt to reduce transport pollution by shipping goods along the River Thames. The shares of Morrisons and Somerfield are remarkably low.
