Paris: 3rd Organic Processing Conference

IFOAM EU Group invites to the 3rd IFOAM EU Organic Processing Conference in Paris on 17-18 November 2014. With an eye on the EU Commission proposal for a new EU organic regulation that is currently being discussed in the European Parliament and the Council, this conference provides the perfect opportunity to learn how it could impact businesses.

Workshops will take place on the future challenges in organic food processing, focusing on environmental performance requirements; contaminant threshold limits; import and control requirements; organic processing techniques; and the use of additives, aids and flavours. Participants are encouraged to give their input during workshop sessions and hear from sector leaders and policy-makers from Ecocert, Fazer Mills & Mixes, the European Commission, the French and Italian Ministries of Agriculture and the European Parliament.
