IFOAM Organic Leadership Course South Asia 2014

Following the success of the Organic Leadership Course (OLC) South Asia 2012 and 2013, IFOAM has decided to launch a third edition of their leadership program for 2014. Their growing alumni network includes academics, researchers, extension officers, consultants, certifiers, entrepreneurs, farmers and development workers.

The OLC has three main components:

1. The first residential or Face to Face (F2F1) session:  During nine days, in a venue conducive to learning and experience, the foundation for this course is set. This time the F2F1 will take place in Sri Lanka in March 2014.
2. The Webinar Series: Nine online remote sessions monthly from February to October 2014
3. The second Face to Face(F2F2): Participants will meet for five days in Bangalore, India, in November 2014 and conclude the training with a graduation ceremony at BioFach India.

The fee is €2800 and includes all tuition, accommodation and meals, materials, and study visits for all three components of the course. Not included is the travel cost to and from the training venue. IFOAM will consider scholarships for qualifying candidates who have financial constraints. More information is available here: http://www.ifoam.org
