Italy: Awards at Sana

Sana, the international exhibition of organic and natural products, will take place in Bologna, Italy from 8 to 11 September 2012. At the fair, exhibitors’ commitments to innovation will be rewarded for the second consecutive year: the new products area will be a showcase for innovative products launched since 1 October 2011. Organic-friendly restaurants will be promoted by the second Locale Bravo Bio Award, reserved to managers and owners of bars, pizzerias, restaurants and hotels that use certified organic and biodynamic products exclusively or in part.

Now in its second edition, the Sana Wellness Award is dedicated to herbalist shops, a typical Italian retail sales channel that has contributed to promoting an increasingly popular health culture based on the use of natural products and phytotherapeutic remedies. The specific goal of the award is to honour herbalist shops for their innovative communication and contact with customers and for high-quality service in the field of herbal and phytotherapeutic preparations.
