Alongside Tour De France riders who regularly use the bars, many other elite athletes, ranging from World Champion Triathlete Javier Gomez Noya to climber Amy Beeton, one of the only British women to summit Everest, benefit from the energy supplied by the natural ingredients of MuleBar.
Wanting to continue their commitment to nature and all things natural, Mule Bar has announced that their bars are now packed in compostable packaging, which is made from wood pulp so that when it comes into contact with the soil it begins to break down in a similar way to paper. More information on the compostable plastic is available here.
MuleBars are made with solely natural ingredients, available in seven flavours: Strudel, Liquorice (organic), Summer Pudding, Mango Tango(organic and fair trade certified), Hunza Nut (fair trade and vegan), Pinacolada and Chocolate Fig Fiesta. The products are available in Tesco Nutricentre stores, as well as in various other stores in the UK. Stockists also includes Evans Cycles, which also sell them via their online shops.
